Our name, Zatar and Olive, reflects the heart of Mediterranean cooking. Za’atar, with its bold, earthy flavor, speaks to the richness of tradition, while the olive—one of the oldest and most cherished symbols of the region—represents hospitality, peace, and the spirit of sharing.
